Cheating on Mobile Insrance

I have the same experience with this ALEgION Insurance Service, they are not givivng proper respose to me .where can I file a complaint against them.so many times i have sent proper documents again and again they call me and say this is not proper.they dnt give proper response and the mobile I purchased was from Univercell.

I claimed mobile insurance to this ALEgION Insurance Service

Limited., company. But Till now nobody didn't give proper response.please help me.,

I need suggestion from anyone if u can... hw can i file a complaint against them and who can take proper action.
