Unprofessional and very poor service by the above packers causing damage to household items including the 2 wheele

These packers are one of the worst packers I have ever met in my life. They are very unprofessional and the packing was done in a very unconventional way. Mant of my household items including the bed, utensils, the buckets, crockeries and the 2 wheeler were damaged. On asking for compensation they say that i have should have unpacked and then checked the items. However at the time of delivery from the godown which on the roadside only, there was no way I could have checked the condition of the items then and there and moreover they were not ready to deliver the items without payment to my doorstep.

Only after the same arrived at the dead of the night and the next morning I started unpacking the items I found the damages in them.

So what is the way to deal with these urchins who at the time of booking promise so many things however at the time of delivery to the other place there are different persons to deal with and different clauses put forth then... is there a way to get a solution to these problems!!!
