Cheque to cash transfe

I am from Mumbai. My mother droped a cheque (Cheque no 557992 SBI JVPD branch Mumbai) at allahabad bank ANNAPURNA branch (Branch code 211492 VILL & P.O. PARMANANDPUR BALAIPANDA BLOCK - MOYNA PURBA MIDNAPORE WEST BENGAL) on 11th June. Cash from my account deducted on 23rd June. But still this money is not deposited in my Mother's account. I talked with Shri Narendra Singh (Designation: General Manager Address: Allahabad Bank Head Office 2, N.S. ROAD Kolkata- 700 001Telephone No. : (033) 2231 9144). He gave me a phone number. But that number is OUT OF ORDER. He suggested me to file a case. Can you help me. Its urgent.
