Misbehaviour of workers at the customer help desk

I purchased an allen solly black color shades from shopper stop (JAIPUR) malviya nagar branch, and somehow its frame got broken, not actually by mishandling the product but by some other unknown reason and we went over there for the exchange purpose... and the person at your consumer help desk misbehaved with us and said that due to ur lack of mind it got broken and you should have taken care of your products and its not our responsibilty to exchange the broken products and it will be bettr if u donot waste your as well as my time .all this happened on 19'th july at 8:20 pm... the model number for the shades are:- as1504... and we have been shopper stop custome since it was opened there in jaipur and this is what kind of response we are getting from your side now this thing is for sure that we will not be coming back to such a place again where such people are thre to help us and that to in such a rude way, thus we want the authority to look into the matter and take some strict action against the persons who were thre at the shift or else we have to take some strict legal action against ur store
