Claims denied

I `m an endometriosis holder i went through 4 surgeries until now.a year ago i was admitted in ER because of pain and bleeding doctors detected endometriosis stage 3 adhesions and ectopic pregnancy.i did my treatment and i got released from the clinic.i sent the invoices to allianz but they denied to pay because i`m not covered for pregnancy problems.

recently like 5 months from now i did the same surgery and allianz paid all the fees .i was so angry that they pay when it suits them and they don`t pay when the money is extra.

the surgery i have been denied to pay i didn`t in qatar it costs almost 4000 euros and the recent one they pay i had it in morocco and they paid around 1500 euro big deference.

i wrote many mails to them complaining the ask me to resend the file again with the invoices, then they ask me to send a mail from the company where my husband works, then they asked for a medical report.i provided all.and i waitted more than 2 weeks to get an other no.

i feel it`s very unfair not to be paid back because i did the same treatment, is it my fault i had ectopic pregnancy is it my fault i`m endometriosis sufferer? how to make allianz understand that the treatments is the same? how can i sue them i`m so unsatisfied with their service. for me they pay only when the amount of the money is not much.

please help me, i`m not planning to stop here.
