INTEREST AMOUNT NOT RECEIVED .NEED TO SURRENDER THE BOND FOR THE REFUND

I would like to state that i have invested Rs10000 in Alpic infrastruture bonds II, series I:

name of the holder: R.BALAJI

distinctive no : 00019985 - 00019989& 00019990-00019994

total no of bonds :5 5= 10

date of allotment:31/03/1999

after investing i have received the interest for one time for the amount of Rs 1500 vide there cheque no:284960 dt:1/4.

after that i have not recd any interest amont i have tried to call there mumbai office but no body was lifting and send the correspondence also but no reply. Hence kindly help me to get the priniciple amount along with the interest. At present i am having the bonds in my hand kindly suggest me for futher action

i have shifted my base to tamilnadu, trichy from goa
