Non delivery of material

I was to get one New Year Diary & Year planner from Warsila Diesels New Delhi Office. Your office at Ropar distt in the stae of Punjab in India concerned person Mr. Soni having mobile no. 9988149851 reportedly had delivered the material under challan No. 2196668389 & delivery run sheet no. 526390 but it never reached us. I had been chasing this man since Feb 09 but he is making me fool & never turned up till date. I don't know to whom he delivered the material. If he has been right, he should have come to my workplace to tell me the man to whom he had delivered the materila. My workplace is only 10 KM from his office. He is bluffing me.
