False promises, IC stealing

A M Communication which is at Deshapran Sashmal Road earlier had various issues regarding cheating.

Md. Mohsin Khan was denied his mobile phone, when he submitted the same for repairing and later when threats of police was given then they returned the phone. Mr. Bobby of the same locality was said that his phone was already delivered when he went to collect his phone for reparirment.

I was also no different, I submitted a mobile phone Nokia 2626, purchased on 17.05.08, from the Mobile store Wood street, When I approached the Mobile phone dealer they said that the terms of repairs is same valid under the Brands it is not with them. So, I need to contact the Nokia Priortiy service center, but when I approached, first of all they ignored the same that the phone is not purchased from Nokia so no repairing is possible even it is under warranty period. They evern remarked that the same to be used as a paper weight, not as phone any more.

When contacted with the Nokia center, they asked that the same warranty is valid under payment of reparing charges. Rs 60/- was paid as the price for the repairing but the same was returned without any repaing. When later shown to a non-authoriesed dealer he inspected the same and said IC of the phone has been taken. Later when we approched the Charu Market Police, Kolkata, 700 033 and also the Nokia Service Center where it was given for repairing, they didnt accept that they have stolen the the IC from phone.

Now spending Rs 500/- from an unauthorised repairing center, My phone is working fine.

So, Now beware of three things.

1. Never buy any mobile phones from Mobile Stores.

2. Never give it for reparin to AM Communication (Charu Market, Marlin Manor Building)

3. Be Mentally prepared and be sure that you will be cheated.
