AMITY HOSTEL MESS
TAX taken against MRP and SELF MADE FOOD

AMITY HOSTEL CANTEEN has began taking 20% tax over the MRP of eatable items without informing the reason of tax taken. Moreover they are applying tax on self made food items in the canteen. For example the lunch/dinner originally priced at RS.20 is now priced RS.24 after taking 20%tax over it and they have also applied taxes on FOOD ITEMS like colddrinks, chips etc.
