No refund of fee

I had got admission into the MBA programme being held by amity varsity at the chandigarh site which was supposedly going to be held at IT park, chandigarh. same is 5 mins from my home as i live in sec 6 pkl. that was the prime reason for me to enroll for the course. upon attending the interview by the univ and the acceptance letter sent to me, i immediately paid the ist installment of the programme via DD to the univ arnd end of june. Arnd mid august i learnt from the newspaper that the programme was to be shifted to mohali now as there was some problem . i made a trip to the IT park and found out that there was no trace of the university or their office. i tried calling up the delhi number many times but it would continue to come busy.i logged into their website and found out that they had changed their campus to mohali .there was no kind of intimation by the university in regards to the change and i was left to the mercy of finding out if my money had been wasted and taken away by the fake university. i made a trip to their mohali office and told the pgm manager there that since it was decided that the classes were now going to be held at mohali instead of IT park chd, therefore it would no longer be possible for me to continue with the programme as it wont be possible to commute to and fro everyday from pkl to mohali as there would be huge costs related to fuel and transportation etc that i would now have to bear apart from the already exorbitant fees of the programme.

i told the pgm manager Ms sheetal to speak to the delhi office and get my fees refunded. she assured me that the same will be done soon upon the decision of the "VC". it has been now over 2 months and there has been no communication whatsoever from their side in regards to the refund.
