Turning Greens into Concreat desert

Promoters Amravati Enclave is cheating residents. They are finishing the greenbelts into plots that are enlisted in there initial map of the colony. There plan is initially they are not converting greenbelts into parks, they have let those lands as barren for the time being letting wild bushes grow and as the time passes they start developing that land into saleable land. I dont know how government authorities are letting this to happen. I am sure something is fishy. Now they are selling plots at about Rs 18000 Persq yard for which they are taking only Rs7000 In white rest in grey. They are also cheating the govt by depositing less amount in there treasuery. Let me explain this according to HUDA laws if someone is developing a colony he has to deposit 30% of the salable land to Town Planning dept as a security which will be refunded only when he gives the possession of that colony to HUDA after maintaining it for 5 yrs. Now they are selling plots at 18000 PSY but they are showing only 7000 PSY to govt. So they are depositing less security. Colony roads are broken and are very narrow. Any reliable person reading this article plz do sommething, kindly look into this matter. We residents are simple people with no approach if we come in open we can be harmed on indivisual basis.
