Zero maintenance of Colony

I am a resident of this colony owning a house and two flats in this colony. I am being charged for very high maintenance charges say Rs 30 per square metre per year for my house and Rs 800 pm per flat which is very high as compare to the facalities they are providing. Roads are not good, promoters have changed the initial map of the colony by converting green belt which was just opposite my place to a market site. They have also charged me Rs 20000 wrongly for family transfer of one of my flat. There is only a single park for projected 1000 flats. Bank is running in a residential site no one bother to look into this matter. Promoters with property dealers is trying to dissolve RWA. People are getting fresh notices for maintenance charges. We feel cheated and are harassed by them. Previous map of the colony is still in their website which shows number of green belts and are still cheating investors. I have a brouchure stating that the club is having facalities of squash courts tennis and badminton courts skating rink but only unaintained badinton court is there and rest is missing.
