Complaint of battery not attended even in 8 days despite within warranty

Complaint No. SAT170901A was launched with company on 17 Sep 2008. Problem has not been rectified till date i.e. 25 Sep 2008 1900hrs. Since the battery is under warranty, what measures can be instituted against the manufacturer.
