Not properly supplying gas cyclinde

My consumer no.36736. When I enquired in phone on 26-06-08 they informed me that they have billed my cyclinder and it would be delivered on 26.06.08.No response. Then I phoned today at 10.00AM they told me my boys went there but didn't not deliver it but however they promised to deliver today evening at any cost. Sofar no response. The same thing happened last month. Every time we have to struggle with this dealer. Purposely they are doing. Kindly ask them do deliver properly or change our connection to some other dealer.
