We have applied for new connection vide application No N255105071076 dated 29/07 a demand of Rs 3500/- was also submitted vide demand note No 05090573 dated 03/09. New Connection has not been provided to us till date (almost three years). So many times visited to Safdarjang Enclave office. Written letter to BM also. Now a number of Mr. Arvind (9899269793 incharge of new connection given by staff of BSES to us. We contact him on daily basis he also given us ensurance that tomorrow you will get connection. But till date we have not get any connection inspite of that we are ready to do digging and restoration for under ground cable.

Sir, What we should do now, how can we get this new connection whcih is pending from three years.
