Money debited without entering the pin numbe

I ch.srikanth reddy holder of SBH a/c no: 62063638314 . I tried to with draw the money from Andhra bank Atm which is located in abids, jagadeesh market. I haven't entered the pin number even but my money was debited. I think without entering the pin number it cannot access the atm card. It happens 14-09 at 8.00am.

Please take the necessary action on this problem.
