AC not working in the compartment

I myself, my wife and son were travelling from Delhi to Jammu Tawi on 05-06 via train no.04051/ANVT AC SPL which is a AC train.

Our pnr number was 2550362123 and compartment number was G-13.

The AC in this particular compartment stopped working at 4am and despite our repeated complaints the same was not fixed till we reached the destination at 12.45 as the train was late by 3.30 hrs ..We could not sleep nor sit in such hot weather as you know we could not open the windows due to AC compartment.

We may kindly be refunded the ticket charges at the earliest possible.
