My name is Pravin. I have taken gas connection from Anita Gas Agency (BP Gas) Virar East in 2007. At the time of getting gas connection they did not gave me only 1 cylinder against my request of 2 cylinders. Additionally they charged me for stove which I did not want at that time. Now I want to apply for second gas connection. But they are forcing me to buy some their products which are of no use to me like Water Purifier, Apron etc. Also without notice they have transferred my connection to other person. When I approched the agency they are not responding. Not only me but other consumers are also facing such problem. Especially of mndatory buying their products.
Pls tell me how to lauch complaint against these.
