Distortion in cable network

Dear Sir/Mam
we have cable tv connection from the Annol Comminication, since we are facing problen of distortion in conection and we are not getting clarity in TV channels
complaints are made many times and we are not getting a good service as well as postive response
we are paying 250/month and a deposit Rs 600 at the time of installation as secutiry
no cable operator wants to change the wire and ask us to pay the amount of wire to be used.
