DELAY SUPPLY OF GAS CYLINDER

DEAR SIR,

I am a lpg indane gas customer with m/s annai gas service, meyyanur road, salem 4. and my consumer number is 40034.i have booking for a refill cylinder on 13/01 over phone.they replied that they distribute the cylinder with in week. and also they taking the booking only after 30 days of privous delivery.every time they deliver the cylinder 10 days delay after booking date.they not yet to supply the cylinder and not giving proper reply & service. i request you to kindly do the needful.
