Irresponsibility

I am not satisfied with the service of M/s Annai Indane Gas Services. For the past 2 to 3 months, they are creating so many problems like not delivering the cylinders on time, not responding properly, etc. I booked cylinder on 03/01, but until now, i have not yet received any response from them. Whenever i call to inform about this, they are not responding properly and cut the telephone line without informing. If call again, replying like "call on this date or that date." very very very poor, bad, and worst service. So, I am not at all satisfied with this gas service. So please take necessary steps to correct this as soon as possible so that it will be very very helpful for me.
