Delay in closing of my SB A/C

I had applied for the closing of my SB A/C number 1150248 through HDFC Bank Ltd, Palwal (Haryana) and submitted ATM Debit card number 5318 2094 0099 6917 and two cheque books containing cheque serial numbers from 673450 to 465 and 849573 to 590 (total 34 leaves) with HDFC Bank Ltd, Palwal (Haryana). I have not got any response till date. Kindly look into the matter.
