Respected Sir,

I, Kulbhooshan Gupta, had applied for a housing loan of Rs. 25 Lacks in your organization. I had provided you cheque of Rs. 15000/-(Rs. Fifteen thousand only) vide Ch. No. 456697, dated 05.12.2008 of Indusind Bank, Noida for the same purpose. The cheque was encashed from my bank account on dated 06.12.2008 after completing all the formalities, I was offered a loan of Rs. 1500000/- (Rs. Fifteen Lacks only), for which I did not agree and I did not accept the offer letter.

So I request you to please refund my processing fee, cheque as soon as possible. Early action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
