Not working

I had purchased a brand new APC make UPS 4 months back with model No: BE650Y-IN with serial No: BB0823018179, from a dealer which I dont know. After opening the seal when I connected it to power it is not working, I had left it for charging for 24 hours, no beep sound, no lights, no charging. The reset button is not working. power button not working. When I tried to log on complaint through toll free 1800425427 or 16503454272, it is not working. Kindly help me. My mobile No:9701370447
