Undeliverance of Kit

I had shown (unfortunate) interest to get Mediclaim done from Apoloo DKV, and its almost 25 days that the kit is undelivered. Everytime I compalin against this there useless executive have the excuse stating its a technical error due to which they are unable to deliver the same.

Just for there record, Me and my colleugue had applied simultanously but he recieved the kit with in 7 days than how can they say its atechnical error, morever I met with an accident meantime and just because of the ir-responsible mediclaim company like Apollo DKV I was unable to use it on the right time of need.

I found my experience to be shared with you all to make you aware of there ir-responsible and un proffesional attitude towards there customer.

Be Aware of this group.

Dont let ur Health b handled by such group, who dont know how to handle there new customer...
