Irresponsible behaviour of staff

My Spark (Dec) has Apollo tyres. Last month one tyre became flat but it was not punctured. I talked to ApolloTyres office at filmistan and then took the tyre to them. Me Praveen Katkar inspected the tyre and informed that it has a small cut on the side and is not manufacturing defect. When inquired about further course of action, he asked me to meet Mr Rajeev Sharma at Jhandewalwan. Itook appointmant and went to Jhandewalan twice, But Mr Sharma did not turn up even after waiting for more tha one hour on each occasion. Then I discussed with Mr Vivek Joshi and Mr Varun Saraswat. They guided me to go for hot patch repairing from Royal Tyre Centre. I enquired about viability of such repair. They confirmed that the tyre will be ok even for use at high speed on highways. I got the tyre repaired. Subsequently I had to go to Moradabad on 08 Aug and again on 15 Aug. When I was going on 15 Aug, the tyre suddenly became flat and vehicle could be controlled with great difficulty. With God grace my family could be saved. The tyre developed defect at the same point. This has been reported to Aplool Tyres. Waiting for thier response.
