Undelivery of important document

Dear sir,

i have sent one courier from our Rt nagar outlet on 13/02/09, the consignee is apacher, #143, 1st floor, raheja arcade, 5th block, kormangla industrial area, blr-95. your call center people are not able to speak English or hindi.anyways what i understand is they cannon deliver because of continuous door lock.how its possible for a MNC like apacer to keep their door lock for almost 15 days??!! i confirmed with the concern person of apacer, they told me the same thing.. i didnt even receive it back.. its caring important document, i want it back as soon as possible..and please keep some smart people at your organization. please do the needful.
