Postpaid to prepaid change

Am sourav, am using the spice telecom services frm last two years but now due to some circumstancis am not able to use the postpaid connection, so am requested it to convert it into prepaid, but no intrust are showing by the cusmtomer care execitives at the spice telecom office in zoom hotel ludhiana punjab, after given him every necessary information, even how am already submitted the proof three times, now my life is totally upsets by the spice telecom, very redeculas services are provide by the spice which i was not expecting frm them, so am requested spice to do imidate actions on that matter, because too many days (15 days) are lost in that short matter.
