Respected sir, I'm a software engineer. Today (17-April) morning around 9o'clock i catch a 255D Metro-express bus (bus number ap11z1966) from JNTU bus stop, to Lingampally. The ticket price is 7 rs, i had given 10rs note. Then the lady conductor in that bus talked very rudely with me, for not giving the exact change. She said that if cant u bring the change, then why you climb the bus. If she says, “decently” to get down the bus i will do it with out problem. But the way she spoke to me, i really cant able to digest. Even after my destination reaching she did not return my change (not even written back side of my ticket the return amount). This is not the first time happening to me. So many times i dropped with out getting return money from conductors. I know this cant be changed immediately, but i HOPE.
