Bus didn't arrive on time to Bus Stop

Dear Sir,

I have reserved a ticket from Nizamabad to Bangalore on 02/02. Bus was expected to come at 2:15pm in the afternoon to Nizamabad bus stand. I waited from 1:45pm to 3:15pm. Bus arrived at 3:30 and departured at 3:40. I booked ticket as i had some important work. The driver and conductor are very careless and reached bangalore only after 9:45 in the morning which has to reach by 7 in the morning. More than 20-30 times they stopped the bus whereever they want for minimum of 15-20mins. It caused very inconvience and they talked very rudely with us (passengers). I travelled in the bus and faced the problem many a times. please ecsalate this and let me know how to escalate this. You will get a Seat reservation slip, at least after seeing this all drivers should get aware to care a little about the passengers time and their works also.
