Poor bus service/lack of punctuality

Hi,

I have booked a bus ticket from Vijayawada to kphb (hyderabad) on 13/6 which was supposed to start at 11. 45 AM in vijayawada. But till 12.45 PM, the bus was not kept on platform. Later when I checked with the enquiry people, they told me that the bus has to come from Auto Nagar and will be on its way, but it was not the case. Finally they have arranged my journey in an other bus which started in vijaywada at around 1 PM. Due to this delay, I reached half an hour late to Nampally and missed my train to Pune, from where I am suppose to catch my Train to Pune at 8.40 PM. I request the concerned people to take necessary action on public transport bus service (APSRTC). So that they run the services in time.
