Servive cancelled, but money not refunded in to account

Respected sir,

Due to telangana bandh the below mentioned bus was cancelled, but money not yet refund.

SERVICE N.O : 2672 / LGPY - KKD (KMM)

Date of Journey:15-10

I have sent a mail to onlinerefund@apsrtc.gov.in, and I have submitted a letter to station manager, mahatma gandhi bus station, hyderbad on 16.10.2011. No response.

Here i am enclosing the bus ticket
