APSRTC - Volvo Service

APSRTC Volvo service is horrible. I had a trip from Bangalore to Hyderabad on 1st of Oct.

First bus came late and then we found that AC is not working.

If your seat is in back side (like rows from 4th last to last), you will be experiencing Engine heat.

Everybody was swatting all over the journey, temp was 40 c inside the bus. (AC Volvo)

When we complained this to Bus driver he said i can't do anything. This bus is 4 year old and AC is not working properly. He told that he complained this to APSRTC Authority many times but no action has taken till date.

Who is responsible for this??

It was my first and last journey from APSRTC. Its better to go in ordinary bus at least you can open windows and can get fresh air instead of toxic engine air where you can't breath properly.
