Poor services on No. 3 city buses

Immediate action sought on the complaint lodged recently by Vijayawada Urban City Bus Passengers Association (VUCBPA) addressed to the Regional Manager APSRTC Vijayawada No. 3 City Bus conductors (some new comers) for their reckless behaviour with passengers including women elders and children and rash driving of new drivers and irregularity of timings either coming and going three buses at one go or not appearing for 30 mts causing tension and waste of time to passengers.
