Mis behaviour of the driver with passengers

The driver of route No.406, Bodmatpally to Medak shuttle bearing No. AP 10 Z 551 dated 18.01.08 many of the government employees use to travel in the same bus from papannapet mandal head quarters. So as the same happend on the said date and the employees are waiting for the Bus in front of the Mandal Development Office, Papannapet. The Driver took the bus to some distance inspite of showing hands. The employees all ran to the bus and boarded the Bus. After boarding the bus the driver of the bus started abusing the employees in filthy language and shouted at them in anger saying that the bus will only stops at Bus stop, the bus is not of your family. The employees tried to explain them about the rule HAIL & BOARD but he did not even listen to them and behaved rashly.

One of the clerk who did not disclosed his name but intoroduced him self as Incharge DM also did not cared and was very arrogent in behaviour and started abusing passenger along with the above said driver even at the depot of Medak.

In this circumstances we are losing our confidence on APSRTC

kindly look into the matter and see that the same did not repeat again in future to any of the passenger as we are travelling by purchasing tickets.

There is a practice in Medak Depot to stop the buses for their own works wherever they want irrespective of time like 15 min to half an hour.
