My name suresh i taken CUG plan, with sms plan. i paid extra amount and i got 10000 sms / month, than recently due to TRAI rules my sms plan was changed to 3000 with same sms rate plan. after that TRAI raised the sms 200/ day. than i got same 6000 free sms with same plan but they telling per day 100 sms free than after 101 to 200 sms will be chargeble. 1Rs per sms. 1st i have 10000 sms plan, they changed 3000 { 100 / day} than after they change 6000 sms { 200 sms/ day but 100 only free} what can i do. trai changed rules for public. not for companies. in that AIRTEL TEKEN ADVANTAGE FOR CHEAT AND GET THE EXTRA AMOUNT.. HOW CAN I KICK THE AIRTEL PERSONS FOR THIS CHEAT.. MY NUMBERS 9600067801 / 03 & 9840344634. WHAT CAN i do
