Surfing net with 98 GPRS Promo BUT Balance became Rs. -391.70

I'm a customer, Animesh Sarkar, with the phone number 91-9732068649 and I have a Plan with GPRS 98. I got a message for end date of validity on 21th August.

But after 9:30 when I was surfing net, my Balance became Rs. -391.70 – which means I was charged for surfing net even after I had not been finished with my validity. But as per promo message from your side I knew my GPRS was active till 11:59 p.m, as it had said the new validity will have to be done from “tomorrow”, which by common logic means that from 00:00 a, m, of the next day.

I had called customer care several times and in the end, the solution they told me was that my validation had end at 9:15 p.m because previous month I had recharged at 9:15 p.m.

I still have the message that "Dear Customer, your vf live VMC pack of rs 98 will expire tomorrow" saved on my cell. It does not mention the time or whatever and I have no information at your website about the expiring of promo. There was no mention of such time-bound periods for validity, only dates were mentioned.
