Cheating

I have received an order during the year 2008 for 50 pcs. Pole Kiosk for Kolkata, after showing samples to the company. I have installed 30 Nos. Pole Kiosk but the client deny to give the payment as because my quality is not good. The client accepted the Completion Certificate for good work. Till date on December some Pole Kiosk are standing in some position where I have installed and they are getting business from those material. I have tried to contact & requested the owner Dr. Hazeb Rahaman and his Kolkata representatives Mr. Haque, but the client is not ready to pay the balance payment. I complained to the Police Department, Kolkata. This client is doing business with a tie up with Police Department, so they are using their power and cheating small vendors like us.
