Subcribed but never received the newspape

I subscribed for Times of India more than a month back. This was done in their door-to-door campaign that they did a month or 2 back. The paper was to be delivered starting 14-Apr. till date (25-Apr) I have not delivered the paper and the customer number they gave is busy or no one answers it. I sent a mail to them to which I got a prompt response with a complaint number which was to be resolved in 72 hours. The complaint number is 29181 (dt 21-Apr). Its more than 96 hours now. When my attempt to talk to them failed, I send them a mail again. to which again they responded promptly with another new complaint number (32583) with another 72 hours to resolve that. Is it some kind of joke? I'm not sure how Times of India is planning to grow in number in this city with this kind of customer service. BAD START already, it can only become worser.
