Not receiving my subscription from Feb

I am not receiving my India Today subscription from Feb. There was a lot of irregularity in the delivery towards the last quarter of 2009.This year they have gone over the top. I am very worried since, i have opted for 5-year subscription. This is my 2nd 5-year subscription. I am a senior citizen and it is not possible for me to keep reminding the area office at Hyderabad or waiting for a reply or some action with suitable compensation. Any email sent to customer care is not responded until it is filed in consumer complaints forum. I hope India Today wakes up to this.
