Non Receipt of Magazine copy & Year Book

This is to lodge my concern over non receipt of the Competitive

Success Review April issue.

I am registered in the name of Naman Jain and my subscription number

Is 06-S600M2717 Mar-Feb;

I have not received my April issue. Neither have I received the

General Knowledge Year Book as promised by Competition Review Pvt.

Ltd. along with the 2 year advance subscription.

I tried to reach you on 011 25712898/25761086 but to no success. These

Numbers seem to be taking frequent complaints from many others like

Me.

I am feeling cheated and deprived of the services I have paid for in

Advance.

The company probably does not have a policy in place to redress consumer complaints as there is no response to continuous emails.
