Bad response

Hi I am satish, we paid in advance for 6 months for the TOI paper bill... but the services provided by the agancy is pathethic...

we have opted for TOI but they give Deccan Chronicle, The Hindu both twice/thrice a week... and two/three days we dont get paper...

They throw the papers from outstide that sometimes falls in water or goes to the roof...

Today I contacted the person who gives the paper and he was very rude and said what ever we have we give... if you want take else leave it... I also told to refund the money if you cant provide TOI, he said you didn't pay me go and get from the person to whom you paid...

I was shocked to get such a response... Kindly take this matter seriously and do the needful. thank you
