Hi I am satish, we paid in advance for 6 months for the TOI paper bill... but the services provided by the agancy is pathethic... we have opted for TOI but they give Deccan Chronicle, The Hindu both twice/thrice a week... and two/three days we dont get paper... They throw the papers from outstide ...
