Poor customer service

This is one bullshit company. No response to customer complaints. I have subscribed for a magazine subscription and I didn't get the copy of subscribed magazine for two months. When I called up customer care, a lady called Sarita Sridhar picked the call and asked me to unsubscribe if I am not satisfied with the service. She even mentioned that our company will work like this and we don't have any special respect for customer complaints.
