Not receiving Ragas 16-cd Pack & free gifts even after paying

Dear Sir,

With ITBC Code No. ITBC2904-L5-277791 PT-009499603, I was offered Ragas 16-CD Pack with free gifts worth 10999. The offer was closing by 30th Jun. Accordingly, I sent my cheque bearing No. 03396 dated 01.06.2010 on Central Bank of India for Rupees 2498.00. The same has been deducted from my bank account by ITBC by 24.06.2010.

However, I'm still awaiting my 16-CD pack as well as gifts. If the same is not avialble, my money should have been refunded, but nothing has been done by ITBC yet.

I request a sincere action.
