Non receipt of free gifts

An offer was advertised for purchase of 3 cds on Encyclopedia Britanica with Adidas Bag and Holiday package for worth Rs 5000/= for a price of Rs 499/=. I paid Rs 603/= including postage an handling and got the CDs but not the free gifts. They advised me to log in to a Web for claims and furnish the details. I did so But no response or acknowledgment as the claim registered. I sent mail to them. They vaguely directed me to do as I had already done. Once again did the procedure nd no commitment for gifts. I wrote several times for no response. I had written finally stating that I will complain to cyber crime if action not seen. No response. Thus I intend to write to you.
