Newspaper coupens not received

Hi,

I had subscribed to DNA news paper for yearly subscription (I paid the amount of Rs 399 on 18 January).

I have not received any coupens yet. There is no response from DNA over phone.

I mailed DNA on subscriptions@dnaindia.net complaining about the same. They replied just once mentioning that I will get it soon.

Till date, I have not received anything from DNA.

I searched consumer complaint and found lots of other cases like this. DNA is a big CHEATER. DNA persons are not interested in any new subscriptions and they want to just eat up innocent consumer's money.

Pl take strong action against this newspaper agents.
