Subscription to eHealth magazine

Hello,

I made a one year subscription to eHealth magazine (http://www.ehealthonline.org/) on october by making online payment of Rs.900. Till today, I did not get even one copy of the magazine. I sent several mails to the concerned person with id ajit@elets.in. After two consecutive mails, he replied that my order was received and action will be taken soon to send magazine. Again after 5 months, I sent him another mail for which he even not bothered to send a reply. Now I don't know what to do with them. Anyway I am posting this complaint just because no other person should get cheated like this. Organizations and officials like them should not be encouraged.
