Not receiving magazines

My Customer ID is 21231028. I have requested for the re-subscription of Femina Magazine. There was a scheme in which i was supposed to get Travelling Toat bag. I had sent the cheque to you on 22nd March which is been debited also from my a/c on 19th April. The amount of the cheque was Rs 2, 340. The cheque number is 601624. But till now I haven't started receiving the magazine and not received the bag as as well. Kindly look into the matter and immediately start with my subscription.
