Femina and Grazia Magazines
Non Reciept of Magazines and completely apathetic behaviour of staff

I have repeatedly complained about not receiving my femina and grazia magazines on time. sometimes the magazines come a month late from the date of issue. last month i received my Grazia september but did not receive my grazia august. i even complained to mr. samar sengupta who forwarded it to mr. nayan shah in the RMD dept in ahmedabad but still all i got was opologetical phone calls and no service. i still have not received my grazia october when it is already on stands and more than half a month has passed.

i tired, requesting, complaining, heated arguments, everything but the staff at Times of India seems completely immune to everything! some of the staff members even went down to insulting and insolent behaviour!
